About SolidBrackets

SolidBrackets builds enterprise software on its own microservice platform. Its reusable services mean every new solution starts from proven building blocks instead of from scratch, which cuts development time. Clients run it as SaaS on our multitenant Kubernetes infrastructure, or on-premise.

Every solution is tailor-made, so clients can run their business the way they want instead of changing how they work to fit a standard package. We build all kinds of enterprise software with a focus on SaaS, including several complex ecommerce solutions with logistics integrations and dunning.

We also help clients implement AI in their own organisation, with our own tooling and consultancy.

What makes us different is who writes the code. A fleet of AI agents picks up planned Jira cards, implements them, runs the tests and opens the pull requests, around the clock. Junior, medior and senior agents each get work that fits their level.

The agents are fast. They are not wise. That is where you come in.

The role

You are a developer first: you design the solution, write the hard parts yourself, and lead the AI agents that do most of the typing. Every card starts and ends with you.

YOU OWN EVERY STEP; AGENTS DO MOST OF THE TYPING Business need product owner, customers Jira plan you: customer meetings, design Agent builds and tests AI agent: code, tests, PR Code review you: regressions, security Manual test you: click through staging Production you: merge, deploy, verify PR opened send back

A pull request that isn't good enough goes back to the agent with your notes; only work you have reviewed and tested goes live.

What you'll do

  1. Turn customer needs into plans. Meet the customer, find the real need, and design the solution from your own senior experience. Write it up as a Jira card an agent can build without guessing: architecture, scope, the services involved, acceptance criteria and the go-live steps.
  2. Run the queue. Decide what goes to which agent and at what level, unblock agents that park a card with a question, and keep the board moving.
  3. Code where it counts. Write the tricky parts yourself, pair with an agent on the rest, and take over when an agent gets stuck.
  4. Review the code. Read every pull request the agents open. Hunt for regressions, security holes, duplicated code and quiet behaviour changes, and send work back when it isn't right.
  5. Test by hand. Click through the feature on staging the way a customer would. Agents are good at making tests pass; you check that the product actually works.
  6. Ship it. Merge, run migrations and config changes, deploy to production, and confirm the right version is live.
  7. Make the factory better. Every mistake an agent makes twice is a rule missing from its handbook. You write that rule.

Who you are

You are a senior full-stack developer who still loves to code, and who sees AI agents as a team that multiplies what you can build.

How to apply

Skip the cover letter. Send us:

  1. Your CV or LinkedIn profile
